Starting in July, the Astral Training Level 1 will take students on a wild ride. The training focuses on your experience at spirit; the part of you that leaves your body, travels and creates in your dreams. You’ll learn how to ‘wake up’ to that part of yourself and consciously create your dreams so that you can integrate them in the body. It’s incredibly powerful to command your dreams!
In this Open House, you’ll get to meet your teacher, Lauren, and hear from her directly about the training details. You’ll be able to ask questions and she’ll walk you through a guided meditation and a fun exercise to say hello to the part of you that dreams.
This 60-minute online Open House is available to students who have graduated the Clairvoyant Training (which is the prerequisite). Open Houses are held live via Zoom and we ask you to join from a quiet, indoor space, comfortably seated in a chair. (Please, no logging in from your car or the café.)
