The first level of Astral Training lays the foundation for understanding your Astral Body and its powerful connection to your dream space. Learn how to heal your Astral Body and free yourself from karma, spiritual controls, and past agreements so you can dream more fully and make those dreams a reality.
Tools and concepts include: working with and healing your Astral Body, practicing Lucid Dreaming, traversing the Astral Plane & visiting the Cathedral of the Souls, working with Akashic Records to heal karmic patterns, clearing agreements that limit your ability to dream, and more.
Level 1 of this graduate training is broken down into 20 weeks and runs over the course of six months (includes a scheduled break about halfway through). Each week consists of a two-hour class plus a one-hour practical lab.
Classes are held live via Zoom and students are asked to join from a quiet, indoor space, comfortably seated in a chair. (Please, no logging in from your car or the café!)
Prerequisite: Year-Long Clairvoyant Training
