Energy Essentials is your foundational training to finally understand what you're feeling and why—so you can stop absorbing the world around you and start moving through it with clarity, power, and presence.
Whether you’re highly sensitive, spiritually curious, or just tired of feeling overwhelmed, this course teaches you practical, proven tools to shift your energy, clear blocks, and reconnect with your intuition.
It’s not just about tuning in. It’s about taking your power back.
This class is the prerequisite for all other classes and trainings at the school and the place to get started.
