In Women’s Intuition & Healing 2, You’ll Learn:

  • Notice where you've been overgiving, people-pleasing, or merging with others—and reset those patterns to re-own your energy. Work with the burden of "shoulds" and discover what is possible when you truly have your life force energy for yourself.

  • Discover what your intuition looks and feels like in your own body, and build trust in how it communicates with you. Through guided meditations, reflection, and practice with other women, you'll claim ownership of your unique flavor of inner knowing.

  • Shift out of the push-pull between "too much" and "not enough." Clear old patterns like hiding and invisibility, and practice standing in your embodied truth without shrinking or apologizing.

  • Pleasure is a pathway to presence and vitality. Learn to enjoy your senses and nurture yourself in simple, healing ways that feel good—not punishing or goal-oriented. Reclaim pleasure as something you deserve, not something you have to earn.

  • Move from the belief that your body is a problem to fix toward a space of acceptance, compassion, and genuine love. Release the relentless cycle of self-criticism and fixing. Practice radical acceptance of your body as it is, and cultivate a relationship with yourself that feels both powerful and nurturing.

  • In each of our five-week electives, we teach you new tools and techniques every class. While it’s not required, we highly recommend practicing with those new tools on your own in meditation anywhere from 5-20 minutes a day. The more you work with them, the more real they become to the body, just like any skill. 

  • All classes are recorded, so you won’t miss out if something comes up. While we encourage live attendance whenever possible—especially for the interactive elements—you’ll be able to listen to the replay if you can’t make it.

  • You’re eligible for a full refund up to the start of the first class. Once requested, we’ll refund you within 30 days. After the start of the first class, no refunds are granted.
