Teacher Training is an 18-month advanced journey for those ready to move from intuitive mastery into spiritual leadership. You’ll learn to teach not just from knowledge, but from embodied experience—holding space, teaching intuitive tools, and guiding transformation with clarity and trust. Through this process, you’ll deepen your seniority and strengthen your capacity to lead from spirit rather than body.

How it Works

Join Shannon and your cohort each week to explore and work the energetic concepts that support a teacher’s growth period. These classes deepen your understanding of leadership, neutrality, and the vibration of teaching.

The quickest way to learn to teach is to learn to monitor. You’ll join either the Wednesday or Thursday Intuitive Training lab (based on your schedule) and work with Shannon and Sheyla to help students ground, validate, and strengthen their reading abilities.

Learn how to design intuitive curriculum from concept to delivery. With Shannon’s guidance, you’ll create and teach your own workshop—learning how to translate energy awareness into structured, accessible teachings.

During the final nine months, you’ll begin teaching. Depending on your readiness, you’ll step in as a TA, co-teach, or lead your own class with staff support—bringing your teaching vibration fully into practice.

After the training, you’ll have the foundation to continue teaching within Clairity School or to create your own offerings in alignment with your unique energy and vision.

This program is for students who are already part of Clairity School’s community, have taken trainings here, understand our curriculum and style, and are aligned with the way we teach. A one-on-one meeting with Shannon is required before enrollment to ensure energetic alignment and readiness.

All classes are recorded, so you won’t miss out if something comes up. While we encourage live attendance whenever possible—especially for the interactive elements—you’ll be able to listen to the replay if you can’t make it.

If you selected a pay-in-full or pay-by-module option, you’re eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation in writing within 15 days of the program start date. Just email us within that window, and your refund will be processed within 30 days.
If you're on a monthly payment plan, payments are non-refundable once made for the active month you’re participating in, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
