You’ve built a foundation. Now it’s time to go deeper.

In Energy Essentials 2, you’ll work with a powerful set of next-level energy tools to help you clean out stuck patterns, rebuild your space, and reconnect with the truth of who you are - not who you’ve been for others.

You’ll learn how to:

• Cut energetic cords chakra by chakra, so you stop leaking energy to people or experiences that no longer belong in your space

• Repair the layers of your aura and clear “whacks” (energetic hits) so your system can recover faster and stay grounded in chaotic environments

• Run your own affinity to bring body and spirit back into connection — especially if you’ve been numb, checked out, or overly self-critical

• Read what’s true and what’s not from your own inner knowing, not emotional guessing or outside validation

• Rebalance your male and female energy to support your body’s natural vibration and shift how you create

• End unconscious conversations with people or events still running in your field and take back your full energy

• Clear resistance and outdated beliefs stored in your chakras and layers of your aura, so you stop repeating old energetic patterns

• Strengthen your seniority — the energy of being in charge of your own space, even around dominant people or big outside forces

By the end of this class, you’ll feel more present in your body, more connected to your truth, and more able to create what’s next without being pulled off course by old pictures or programming.

This is one of our most advanced beginner classes — and it changes people. Each session blends energetic teachings with guided meditations, intuitive exercises, and real-world tools to help you navigate life with more clarity, healing, and ease.

This 90-minute online class is offered once per semester and is open to any student who has completed Energy Essentials.

Classes are held live via Zoom and students are asked to join from a quiet, indoor space, comfortably seated in a chair. (Please, no logging in from your car or the café.)
