In each of our five-week electives, we teach you new tools and techniques every class. While it’s not required, we highly recommend practicing with those new tools on your own in meditation anywhere from 5-20 minutes a day. The more you work with them, the more real they become to the body, just like any skill.

All classes are recorded, so you won’t miss out if something comes up. While we encourage live attendance whenever possible—especially for the interactive elements—you’ll be able to listen to the replay if you can’t make it.

You’re eligible for a full refund up to the start of the first class. Once requested, we’ll refund you within 30 days. After the start of the first class, no refunds are granted.
